Events — Vendor and venue coordination
Finding the venue, negotiating it, and then holding together the six to twelve suppliers who all arrive on the same afternoon. The coordination is the job: every vendor is competent individually, and nobody except you has an interest in whether they fit together.
What’s included
What you are
actually buying
Everything below is part of the scope as standard. Anything outside it is quoted separately and named before it is started, so nothing arrives on an invoice that was not agreed first.
Common questions
What people ask
about this
No. We are paid by you, which is what allows us to recommend the venue that fits rather than the one that pays. Where a supplier offers a trade rate, it is passed through to you and shown in the budget.
Yes, and it is a common point to come in. We take the venue as given, run the technical check against what you are planning, and coordinate everything around it. Occasionally that check surfaces a constraint worth knowing early — a noise curfew, a load-in restriction — which is better found in week two than on the day.

Vendor and venue coordination is one line of a events brief. These are the rest — take one of them or the whole scope.
