Yes — separate microphones per speaker, recorded independently of the room PA, so the published audio is not the echo of a hall. Booked alongside the event audio it adds very little to the day and produces something you can publish for months.
Often, to a point. Noise, echo and uneven levels can be substantially improved; a single distorted track with two people talking over each other cannot be unmixed. Send it and we will tell you honestly what is recoverable before you pay for the attempt.
