Service 06
From the concept
to the final track
Service 06 — Events
One team holds the concept, the suppliers and the run-of-show, and is still in the room for the last track.
Our work has been published by 50 outlets
Full planning and production, delivered by the same team that builds your website, runs your advertising and produces your content. The invitation, the signage, the music and the recap film therefore originate from one brief rather than five suppliers interpreting separately.
Events
Concept, production and on-site delivery.
We begin with the concept and the run-of-show, then work outwards: venue, vendors, budget, timings and contingencies. You receive a single document stating what happens, when it happens, and whose responsibility it is.
On the day we are on site running it. Afterwards you receive the recap: photography and video captured during the event, edited and delivered as the promotional asset for whatever you do next.
Plan
Concept, run-of-show, scheduling and budget, with vendor and venue coordination handled and a single clear document that everybody works from.
Produce
On-site management on the day: AV, sound, lighting, DJ, and the hundred small decisions that determine whether an event runs smoothly.
Brand
Invitations, signage and the event web presence designed as one set, so what guests encounter on arrival matches what persuaded them to attend.
Capture
Photography and video captured during the event, then edited into a recap film and image set you can use to sell the next one.
Capabilities
What we take on,
end to end
The whole production, or the one part you are missing. Each line opens a page on what it covers and where it sits in the day — including the parts of an event that are decided months before it.
Common questions
What people ask
before an event
Corporate events, product and brand launches, company parties and private events — anything where the experience has to carry a brand rather than simply fill an evening.
Yes: venue sourcing and coordination, vendor selection and management, scheduling and budget tracking, and on-site management on the day, so that you are able to attend your own event.
Yes, and that is the advantage of holding web, content and events under one roof. Event microsite, RSVP or ticketing flow, invitations, signage and social assets all originate from the same brief.
A recap film and a delivered photography set, captured on the day and edited afterwards. Most clients use it as the lead asset for promoting the following year.
Events — the next step
Let’s talk about
events
A few lines on the objective and the deadline is enough to start. You will get back a candid read on scope, sequence and cost — not a template proposal.
