Content — Brand photography
A commissioned photography set is the asset the rest of your marketing runs on for the next two years: the website, the advertising, the decks, the social feed. Shot by the founder, a published commercial and editorial photographer, and delivered with the usage rights written down so nobody has to guess what you may do with them.
What’s included
What you are
actually buying
Everything below is part of the scope as standard. Anything outside it is quoted separately and named before it is started, so nothing arrives on an invoice that was not agreed first.
Common questions
What people ask
about this
Typically 40 to 80 finished, retouched images from a full day, depending on how much setup each scene needs. We agree the shot list first and work to it, because a day planned around twelve specific uses produces more usable material than a day of general coverage.
You receive full, perpetual commercial usage rights for the agreed scope, in writing, as part of the delivery. Copyright itself remains with the photographer, which is standard practice — what matters commercially is that your licence is unrestricted in time and does not come back for renewal.
