Yes — usage rights for paid media are included as standard, and we handle attendee photography consent in the registration so there is no question afterwards. That clause is the one most often missing when an event photographer is booked separately.
For most events, yes, and they are not interchangeable — stills from video rarely survive print, and photographs cannot carry a recap film. For a small evening a single operator covering both is a reasonable compromise, and we will say when it is.
